We Helped This Famed Resort Spa Designer Shower His Website with Millions of Visitors.
As one of the most renowned spa/resort designers in the US, TAG Galyean is a name widely recognized by top hotel industry professionals. However, with the launch of his first "direct to consumer" product (a $100,000 personalized shower), TAG needed name recognition and credibility among potential customers outside the hospitality industry. As part of a media relations campaign that included stories in the Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, Luxury SpaFinder, Smart Homeowner, W, Millionaire, and Fisher Island (among others), we secured a feature story on the website of Lexus' Luxury for Living, which is the luxury portal of msn.com. We worked with the Lexus editor to feed the story to the main msn.com website. As a result, information about the shower and a link to the full story ran at the top of the msn.com homepage for a full day, and has made repeated appearances on this page multiple times in the past four years. Each time the story has run, TAG's website (which normally receives a few hundred visits per month) receives more than 100,000 visits in just one day.
